'Historic Win': CHD Wins Case Against FCC on Safety Guidelines for 5G and Wireless
Children’s Health Defense (CHD) won its historic case today
against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), a case
challenging the agency’s decision not to review its 1996 health and safety
guidelines regarding wireless-based technologies including 5G.
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., CHD Chairman and environmental attorney, said:
CHD ~ Childrens Health Defense
"The court's decision exposes the FCC and FDA as captive agencies
that have abandoned their duty to protect pubic health in favor of a single-minded crusade to increase telecom industry profits."
Because of Us gives a HUGE THUMBS UP & HAPPY DANCE

hard work & dedication committed to help the children, families, animals, plants & the environment as a whole, stay healthy & aware of the HIDDEN DANGERS of man-made products, technologies & energies that pollute ALL things living; i.e., biological life & environmental life.
